Welcome
The ‘Scottish Society for Profession Bartenders’ is a cooperative effort between like-minded hospitality industry professionals across Scotland with the aims of:
- Providing access to educational and networking events
- Promoting Bartending as a viable career choice
- Supporting Charities
- Encouraging responsible drinking both to customers and to colleagues
- Support and advice on gaining funding to pay for courses leading to recognised qualifications
We are adding new pages and features to the site as often as we can. If you would like us to feature any of the following then feel free to get in touch, we are currently offering this service free of charge and hope to be able to carry on doing so with your support:
- Links to training centres and funding providers
- Consultancy solutions to help you grow and evolve your business
- Details of trade related events – tastings, training, competitions, dinners, trips/tours & social events
- Websites and Blogs that contain content which is of interest to Bar and Hospitality professionals
- Work opportunities and positions wanted in Scotland or Abroad
- Suggestions of anything you’d like us to include or help organise and/or advertise
