Monin Centenary Tour
Calling all Glasgow Bartenders…
You are cordially invited to attend the Glasgow leg of the Monin UK Centenary Tour on Wednesday 25th April 2012 from 12noon at The Tiki Bar & Kitsch Inn.
Monin was created in 1912 and to mark the 100 Year anniversary Monin are holding a tour of the top cocktail city’s in the UK & inviting all bar owners, bar managers, bartenders, bar back’s & hostesses’ to join us in their city to learn about the flavoursome world of Monin in a workshop consisting of the following topics:
• History of Monin
• Production methods
• Global trends
• Current products and applications
• New & future flavours
• Regional qualification for the UK Monin Cocktail Cup Final
The workshop is open to everyone so come down, more the merrier. But to finish the day each city will hold the regional heat for entry into the Monin UK Cocktail Cup Final to be held at the back end of the year…
The winner of the UK Final will represent the UK in an all-expenses paid trip to Paris to compete in the international final held at the Eiffel Tower in December 2012 competing against some of the world’s best bartenders.
To enter the Glasgow regional heat of the Monin UK Cocktail Cup you must create an alcoholic cocktail using any spirit category. A minimum of 15ml of any Monin Syrup or Fruit Mix must be used.
